He refined his vocal technique under Jean-Philippe Courtis and Robert Dumé, complementing this with intensive drama training from notable French theater figures including Isabelle Sadoyan and Roland Bertin. A 2016 graduate of the Amiens National Regional Conservatory, Drouet earned unanimous first prize at the Marseille International Operetta Competition in 2014. After a vibrant career as an actor and singer in France from 2010-2016, he moved to Taiwan, notably taking the lead role in Igor Stravinsky's "The Soldier's Tale" at the 2017 TIFA Festival.
