Gisele Litalien

Gisele Litalien is an internationally acclaimed vocalist whose career spans the US, Europe, and Asia. Known for her social advocacy and leadership at Deck House Cabaret, she brings a deep, emotive presence to the stage. For this performance, she collaborates with legendary pianist and educator Andy Jaffe, a former Berklee faculty member who mentored icons like Branford Marsalis and Steve Vai, blending masterful technique with soulful jazz storytelling.

Gisele Litalien is an internationally recognized vocalist and musician with an extensive performance history spanning the United States, Europe, Scandinavia, the Caribbean, and Taiwan. She garnered significant media attention, including features on the Today Show, NBC Nightly News, and in HOUR Magazine, during a three-year East Coast tour for the FoodFright Foundation, where she advocated for women and food issues. Litalien also serves as the Music Director for Maine's renowned Deck House Cabaret and is a founding member of Valley Jazz Voices. For her performances, she is frequently joined by the acclaimed pianist, composer, and jazz educator Andy Jaffe. A former faculty member at the Berklee College of Music (1977-1981), Jaffe has mentored world-renowned artists including Leehom Wang, Branford Marsalis, Marvin “Smitty” Smith, Claire Daly, Scott Robinson, Frank Lacy, and Steve Vai. After nearly 40 years of teaching, including a long tenure at Williams College, Jaffe continues to dedicate his time to international performance and composition.
