Hsu Tsung-Yi is a versatile jazz pianist with a strong classical foundation from Chinese Culture University. Since 2004, he has become a prominent figure in Taipei's jazz scene, performing regularly at Blue Note Taipei. A frequent guest at the Taichung Jazz Festival, Hsu has collaborated with diverse artists like Ilid Kaolo and Shun Kikuta. Currently, he performs with the Amoeba Jazz Band and Ching-Tsung Jazz Duo, blending technical precision with soulful improvisation.

Hsu Tsung-Yi is a professional jazz pianist with a deep foundation in classical music, having served as a church pianist from a young age. He graduated from the Department of Western Music at Chinese Culture University, where he majored in piano and minored in composition theory. In 2004, he began studying jazz under Kaiya Chang and started performing in various music venues across Taipei. In 2010, he served as a piano instructor for the Taichung Jazz Camp and has since been invited to perform at the Taichung Jazz Festival on multiple occasions. Hsu has served as the pianist for the Shi Yin-yin Jazz Band, the 2011 'We All Love Li Tai-hsiang' concert, and for indigenous singer Ilid Kaolo. Since 2011, he has collaborated with drummer Daisuke Neishi, guitarist Shun Kikuta, and singer David Chen. His diverse performance credits include Li Yun-ling's 'Taste of Time' concert series in 2014 and the cross-disciplinary calligraphy art performance 'Sao+' by Tong Yang-tze in 2015. He is currently the pianist for the Ching-Tsung Jazz Duo, the Amoeba Jazz Band, and the Lemon Flavor Jazz Band, and is a regular performer at Blue Note Taipei.
