Lin Yi-Ming is a distinguished saxophonist and educator celebrated for his lyrical tenor tone. His debut jazz sacred music album, "Whispering to God," earned a Golden Indie Music Award nomination and recognition at the Syracuse Area Music Awards. Having performed with masters like Dave Liebman and Ingrid Jensen, Lin also researches the intersection of jazz and Catholic liturgy. Through his performance and published "36 Jazz Etudes," he remains a vital contributor to Taiwan’s jazz education and spiritual music landscape.

Lin Yi-Ming is a professional saxophonist and educator known for his lyrical and elegant tenor saxophone tone. He has performed at venues such as WiJazz Records and J House. In December 2021, he released his debut jazz sacred music album, "Whispering to God," followed by a physical release in July 2022. The title track was nominated for Best Jazz Song at the 2022 Golden Indie Music Awards (GIMA), and he was later recognized as a top-eight finalist in the People's Choice category at the Syracuse Area Music Awards (The SAMMY’s). Lin is currently conducting research on the relationship between jazz and Catholic liturgy, specifically focusing on the "Jazz Mass." Throughout his career, Lin has shared the stage with esteemed jazz masters including Bria Skonberg, Ingrid Jensen, Scott Wendholt, Gary Smulyan, Dave Liebman, Lin Wei-Ting, Nathan Graybeal, Boris Kozlov, Will Lyle, Chien Chien Lu, and Allison Miller. Beyond performance, he is a dedicated contributor to jazz education in Taiwan, having published "36 Jazz Etudes" for C, Bb, and Eb instruments to facilitate ensemble practice and individual study.
