李承育 Lee ChengYu

Lee ChengYu is a highly respected Taiwanese saxophonist, equally adept in both classical and jazz idioms. As the Music Director and Conductor of the Taipei Jazz Orchestra, he has led the ensemble in collaborations with international luminaries such as Eric Marienthal. A prominent figure in jazz education, Lee currently shares his extensive knowledge at institutions including National Taipei University of Education, Fu Jen University, and National Taiwan Normal University. His dedication extends to arranging and theoretical instruction, shaping the next generation of musicians. Actively performing across Asia and internationally, Lee ChengYu's commitment to promoting saxophone artistry and jazz culture is evident through his dynamic performances, including notable appearances at venues like Blue Note Taipei.
