本月的第二個週三夜晚，來自加拿大、演出經歷豐富的吉他名家安迪費里斯，將邀集樂壇好友帶來自創歌曲，以溫暖的音色、空間感和美麗的旋律，呈現雋永的爵士樂曲。Led by the brilliant guitarist Andy Ferris, the ensemble presents original compositions that highlight warm tones, open space, and beautiful, timeless melodies. [ 安迪費里斯 Andy Ferris | Guitar ] 來自加拿大溫哥華 擁有25年的演奏經歷 曾經和Kenny Werner,Dee Daniels,Kurt Elling同台演出。事師加拿大指標性爵士音樂家Brad Turner 和 Bill Coon爵士表演及作曲 目前以活躍走跳於台北爵士音樂現場。Originally from Vancouver, Canada, guitarist Andy Ferris has been playing and performing for over 25 years. He has shared the stage with jazz artists Kenny Werner and Kurt Elling, and studied jazz performance and composition with Canadian jazz icons Brad Turner and Bill Coon. More recently he studied an MA in Jazz Performance at the University of North Texas. He is currently active as a performing musician leading and playing in several projects in the Taipei area. [ 唐寧 Tang Ning | Piano ] 爵士鋼琴 作曲 美國百克里音樂學院畢 回台至今參與各類音樂表演 錄音與編曲 並致力於作曲/樂理/爵士鋼琴教學。 [ 劉育嘉 Yu Jia Liu | Bass ] 2013年參與電影『夢糖工廠』拍攝及配樂錄製。2014年與『In Tap』和『小節慶爵士樂團』於水源劇場展演、並首次發表個人創作『Sleep Devoted』。 2015年於兩廳院爵士音樂營-研習營開始擔任教師一職。 2015年參與Elin Lee (李宜玲)首發專輯『Breathing』台灣巡迴演出。 2106年隨『爵士之門』樂團榮獲台北爵士樂壇新秀比賽第一名。 2018年參與『揮灑烈愛』多媒體跨界音樂劇，於國家音樂廳演出。 2018年與德裔鋼琴家Julian Moreen共同策劃『原創音樂巡迴演出計畫』並擔任台灣及亞洲地區總策劃，並以Julian Moreen為首組成Julian MoreenQuartet。 2019年參與『瘋戲樂』年度大戲《台灣有個好萊塢》擔任樂手一職。 2019年隨Julian Moreen Quartet受邀於台中爵士音樂節演出、並策劃2019台灣地區交流與展演。 致力於音樂演出、教育、以及推廣、演出足跡遍及台灣、馬來西亞、新加坡、德國…等等不同國家。擅長與多元類型團體合作，參與原創發表、電影配樂錄製、專輯錄製、舞蹈、音樂劇、現代劇場...等跨界藝術發表。 [ 林俊宏 Jeffrey Lin | Drums ] 16歲開始學習爵士鼓，2008年參加台北國際爵士音樂營後，便一頭栽入爵士樂的學習與演出。演奏風格上受Philly Joe Jones, Elvin Jones等影響，曾師事於Quincy Davis，2009年進入陸軍樂隊服役，退伍後開始出沒於台北的各大Live House如Blue Note、雅痞書店、Sappho、露西亞等地方。曾參與隱分子樂團演出及EP錄製、李芳旭三重奏於臺北爵士音樂節及台中爵士音樂節演出以及9m88 "樂人"頻道的錄製與2017冬季巡迴鼓手。 如遇不可抗拒因素而替換演出樂手 恕不另行公告之 歡迎光臨台北藍調 歡迎同樂爵士 Welcome to Blue Note Taipei. [ Roy Patterson | Guitar ] 加拿大吉他手羅伊・派特森（Roy Patterson），以旋律清晰、音色渾厚著稱，曾獲《環球郵報》與《多倫多星報》高度評價。他自1989年至2014年間發行多張專輯，並於1997年獲得蒙特婁爵士音樂節「爵士大獎」。演出足跡遍及歐美與加拿大，也曾任教於多倫多大學爵士系，現為約克大學教師。他長期為《Just Jazz Guitar》撰稿，並被收錄於《爵士吉他大師指南》（Scott Yanow 著）。目前他正於台灣駐留，與本地音樂人合作演出，同時完成著作《爵士吉他的和聲》。Every note that he plays seems to have a purpose and a place, and bothpurpose and place usually have something to do with melody.” - TheGlobe and Mail“Patterson....a perfectionist with a big, round and dominating soundthat turns every tune into a stimulating experience.” – The TorontoStarThe work of Canadian guitarist Roy Patterson has been documented onseveral CDs released between 1989 and 2014, receiving national andinternational recognition. His quartet won the coveted Prix de Jazzat the 1997 Montreal Jazz Festival, and his playing has beencompared with some of the most recognized guitarists in recentdecades. His music has taken him to Europe, the USA, andacross Canada. As an educator Roy taught in the jazzprogramme at the University of Toronto for over a decade andsince 2003 has taught at Toronto’s York University. For overtwenty years he was a regular contributor to the US publication,“Just Jazz Guitar” and is profiled in, “The Great Jazz Guitarists:The Ultimate Guide” by Scott Yanow. (Backbeat Books, 2013)Currently on a research leave from York University, Roy will be inTaiwan for an extended period, performing with Taiwanese jazzmusicians and completing a book called, Harmony for JazzGuitar. [ 王群婷 Refa Wang | Bass ] 台灣多棲貝斯演奏家。 畢業於英國Guildhall School of Music and Drama - Jazz Performance MMus & MPerf 。 自2013-2019連續受邀擔任英國時裝品牌APUJAN的秀場音樂製作團隊，並受邀至倫敦時裝秀演出。2019 返台後受邀擔任9m88《平庸之上Beyond Mediocrity》發片巡迴演唱會低音提琴手，並於同年獲得台中爵士樂節大賽第三名。2020 獲選台北爵士樂節最佳樂團並受邀於主舞台大安森林公園演出。2021、2022 受邀參與台中爵士樂節、台北爵士音樂節演出。 除了現場演奏以外，也參與了許多音樂專輯與電影的製作、錄製、巡迴演出、影像拍攝，以及演員的技術指導，是少數在不同領域都一直活躍的女性音樂家。 [ 林偉中 Weichung Lin | Drums ] 自2003年起以爵士鼓手的身份活躍台北爵士音樂圈之外，也與諸多跨界、實驗、前衛音樂等場景有所連結，包括演出、錄音及配樂。2013起為Canopus鼓組及Regal Tip鼓刷的官方代言人。由於對電子音樂及電聲原聲的興趣，近年開始使用模組合成器從事現場演出與錄音，其中嘗試挑戰的型式包括現場四聲道電聲原聲演出及個人鼓組/合成器獨奏音樂會。相關擔任製作人的之作品有與程杰合作的實驗性專輯《Dailiest Day Possible》和許郁瑛的創作專輯《In the Cave》。 如遇不可抗拒因素而替換演出樂手 恕不另行公告之 歡迎光臨台北藍調 歡迎同樂爵士 Welcome to Blue Note Taipei.
