London-based pianist Edgar Ho makes his Hong Kong debut in a Jazz Organ Trio format, featuring local talents Jonas Cho (saxophone) and Jerry Kan (drums). Centered on the Hammond SK1 organ, the performance blends traditional bebop with contemporary flair, inspired by Oscar Peterson. This dynamic trio showcases the unique textures and sustained bass of the organ, creating a tight, conversational space between three exciting new-generation musicians.

The Edgar Ho Organ Trio brings a modern twist to the classic organ trio format. Led by London-based pianist Edgar Ho on the Hammond SK1, the ensemble blends traditional bebop with blues-inflected contemporary improvisation. Featuring Berklee graduate Jonas Cho on saxophone and imaginative drummer Jerry Kan, the trio creates an intimate, driving soundscape where the organ’s rich textures and sustained low-end provide a unique foundation for high-level musical conversation.
