Vincent Choy is an Australian-based guitarist who discovered his passion for jazz after moving to Perth at a young age. Influenced by the vast landscapes of Western Australia, Choy’s music blends narrative storytelling with sophisticated technique. A frequent performer in Hong Kong’s 'Live at Jim Hall' series, he collaborates with top-tier musicians to create immersive listening experiences that reflect his unique journey of cultural exchange and artistic growth.

Jonas Cho

Jonas Cho is a prominent Hong Kong-based saxophonist and a core member of the Samuel Chan Trio. Known for his versatility, Cho plays a pivotal role in the "Tribute to Great Drummers" series, navigating jazz history from early swing to modern poetic textures. His playing honors the traditions of masters like Elvin Jones and Paul Motian while consistently exploring fresh, contemporary sounds in live settings.

Bowen Li

Bowen Li is a contemporary jazz keyboardist and composer known for his innovative fusion of intricate improvisation and electronic textures. Drawing inspiration from Mark Guiliana and Brad Mehldau, he expands the traditional piano palette with synthesizers to create modern, experimental soundscapes. A frequent collaborator with drummer Samuel Chan, Bowen’s performances showcase his original compositions and a unique ability to push the boundaries of the genre through fresh, multi-dimensional keys.

Nelson Fung

Nelson Fung is a double bassist and co-founder of Fountain de Chopin, best known for his profound musical partnership with pianist Bowen Li. Drawing inspiration from the legendary duo of Keith Jarrett and Charlie Haden, Fung emphasizes an intimate, minimalist approach where every note counts. A member of the Bowen Li Trio, he contributed to the 2025 album 'Unemployed,' focusing on sincere, spontaneous dialogue and the timeless art of the piano-bass duo.

Dean Li

Dean Li is a distinguished drummer and an essential member of the Ted Lo Trio, alongside bassist Nelson Fung. Renowned for their exceptional musical synergy, Li played a pivotal role in the trio's extensive 2025 China tour. His performances, notably within the "Live at Jim Hall" series, are characterized by a blend of technical precision and spontaneous energy. Li is dedicated to creating immersive listening experiences that bridge the gap between tradition and modern jazz expression.
